Are you an Avenger with After Effects??

Can you lead, develop, and inspire a team into motion superheroes?

I am working with a rapidly expanding agency, on a mission to bolster their motion department. An extra spark is needed to further enhance their 2D and 3D motion offering. Highly skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, you will tell a compelling story. The team you will build, will be inspired by your creativity, you will cultivate their talents, and encourage collaboration.

They need an ideas person to steer the creative direction. The motion work will be cohesive with other departments to ensure the agency’s overall output flicks the right switches for clients!

You will be involved in the pre and postproduction processes such as colour grading and compositing. Upon growing and developing a small team, tight deadlines will be met and tasks will be strategically prioritised.

In return for your creative talents, you will be offered the option of working remotely, or on a hybrid-basis from their kooky studios in Leeds or London.

A salary of up to £50k. You must have at least 7 years’ experience in Motion Design, working within a fast-paced agency environment.
