Work with clients of all sizes and show off your versatility. Effectively manage all stakeholders on any project ensuring continual communication of timescales & project updates are delivered. Prepare and manage budgets for production delivery. Manage on site installations and activations.
The team is small and supportive. You’ll report to the Head of Projects, making your contributions crucial. You’ll mainly work from home but will need to visit clients occasionally, sometimes even abroad.
If you have 3-5 years of project management experience in live events or similar fields, this job will suit you. Strong organisational and communication skills are a must.

This hardworking and fast-expanding events agency is seeking a Senior Producer to join their offices in Shoreditch office on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to work with some huge global clients in places of significant transformation.
As a Senior Producer, you will lead and deliver a variety of huge events, including virtual and hybrid roadshows, experiential events, and award ceremonies. Your role will be crucial in translating creative ideas into reality, ensuring every event resonates with its audience and achieves its objectives.
Candidates must have a track record of working in an agency environment, with experience managing content, digital, film, print, and production. It goes without saying that you’ll be highly organised. As part of a small team, or sometimes solo, you will manage complex events. You will ensure of flawless communication between clients, content, and production teams. Your technical expertise will be invaluable, with a solid understanding of media servers, switchers, comms, and cameras, as well as proficiency with digital platforms like Teams Townhall and Zoom.
This is your opportunity to work with client stakeholders, provide expert advice, and be responsible of the flawless execution of events. Your ability to translate client expectations into technical briefs and manage the full event lifecycle will be crucial. You’ll need: – 4–7 years experience in startups or high-growth settings.
